Arun Banerjee: CEO

An accomplished B2B Business development specialist. Arun has spent quality years in senior management roles in Media and HR Services Industry.

Arun is our sales strategist. He has invested over 30 years in the domain of sales strategy and leadership spanning industries such as Media, FMCG, B2B, etc.In his previous role, he was a Member of the Executive Committee of Sodexo BRS India looking after alliances and partnerships.

He has developed sales strategies and has had great success in growing the organization to where it is today through multi-channel partnerships, strategic product development, and implementing market penetration strategies. He has led teams of over 100 team members.

Arun is keenly interested in Negotiations as a process, which he academically studied at the ISB -Hyderabad and loves exploring the process at every given opportunity.

His passion for Learning & Development and technology has made him take the entrepreneurial dive. He continues to lay strategies for sales and the foundation for its inorganic growth.

He has studied at IIM Bangalore and at Wharton Business School Online. He is an avid traveller and a Foodie who believes that the book that has taught him the most are the pages in his passport.

He has an abiding interest in studying the Work-Life dynamic in the New Economy and People’s continuing search for Authentic Happiness.

Arun is an Ideator, Solutions Architect, Motivator and believes that all processes can be ‘disrupted’ to create anew.


Ajay Balan: COO

An astute professional with more than 25 plus years of qualitative experience in Media and Training Industries.

An effective leader in management of Delivery of Services, Motivating Teams and mentoring.

Ajay brings to bear his deep experience in the Training Industry to bring out the best in us.

He specializes in Training for the Automotive, Sales and Insurance Industries. He has also conducted

multiple ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes. His fundamental interest lies in training in Sales processes.

Ajay is a fitness enthusiast and goes to great lengths to maintain his fitness levels


Ramakrishnan Subramaniam: Director - Strategic Initiatives

Ram is an established professional having total Corporate experience of 25years. With a career spanning Production, Sales, Marketing, Business management & Entrepreneurship, he has functional knowledge and experience in field of Information Technology.

He has performed Leadership roles in many Multi-National Organizations which include Chicago Pneumatic, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Syntel.

A Mechanical Engineer with a Diploma in Marketing Management followed by a Master’s in Marketing and Executive MBA from IIM-Bangalore, Ram is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF-USA); a Marshall Goldsmith SC Certified Executive & Business Coach; a Master NLP Practitioner and a Gestalt Therapist

He believes that ‘A Healthy mind needs a healthy body’ and is actively into Long distance running and plays cricket regularly.

He is very active in providing service to society as a Board member at Rotary Club of Thane


Adith Abraham: Senior Advisor

Adith is a Human Capital specialist who turned to be a Business Strategy guy. He has invested over 22years in the HR & OD domain, with 13+years spent in creating successful start-ups.

As an entrepreneur since 2006, he has consulted for some of the largest Banks, Oil & Gas, EPC, Insurance, FMCG, and more in Competency based HR solutions, Process Engineering, Continuous Performance Development, Project Management, OD, etc. His earliest venture is now amongst the top 10 consulting firms in the Middle East. And, in his last corporate role, he was the Country Manager - People Development & Training at Intel Technologies.

Under his leadership, his team won the Gold at 2016 & 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence awards for contributing with $11.9M worth additional revenue opportunities for their customer through simulations and also won a Silver award for accelerating employee performance by .58 points in less than 12 weeks.

He is an alumnus from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has successfully completed courses on Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and an MBTI practitioner certified by Asianic Psychology Press India Pvt Ltd.

He is an avid MS Flight Simulator enthusiast, and is a member of the flying club.


Dhruv Kr Sen: Senior Advisor

Dhruv has over 30 years of experience in the Human Resource Management.

Have worked in the Corporate Sector extensively for 25 years in a multi-Country/region environment in diverse industries like Chemicals, Engineering, FMCG, Media, Mobile telephony, logistics and Pharmaceutical research.

Headed the HR function of large organizations like BPL Mobile (Bangalore), GAC(Dubai), BOC(Kolkata) and Aurigene Discovery(Bangalore).

Dhruv’s major Focus areas are Executive Coaching, leadership and talent development, creating business systems and processes and conducting assessments and developments centres.

As an assessor, I have been involved in assessing behaviours and creation of Individual Development plans(IDP’s) through “Development Centres” in leading Multinational Corporations at Senior Management and Board levels.

Dhruv has interestingly carried out significantly interesting Projects, including one on equipping the Hiring Managers of a large European Automobile company on BEI techniques.

Dhruv is a Credentialed Coach of ICF, and has undertaken numerous one to one coaching assignments for Sr. Executives. He is certified on various psychometric instruments like OPQ, Work place Big five&15FQ+
